El buen paladar has breathed new life into the spot formerly known as Greens, staking its claim next to Chick‑Fil‑A at Village Circle in Midland. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice a bright, welcoming space filled with the aromas of freshly ground coffee and sizzling breakfast meats. Clean lines, pops of turquoise and coral on the walls, and a few well‑placed potted plants give the dining room a modern, almost beach‑side café vibe—perfect for a morning pick‑me‑up or a laid‑back lunch.

Though the name hints at refined tastes (“the good palate”), the menu leans into comfort without pretension. Breakfast burrito lovers can choose from classics stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese and your choice of bacon, sausage or chorizo, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Come lunchtime, the enchiladas take center stage—browned to perfection and smothered in your pick of red chile, green chile or creamy queso sauce.
